Accountant/Bookkeeper - Permanent Part Time
$18 - $25 per hour plus year-end bonus

Claremont Management Corporation is a public accounting firm located in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. We provide complete accounting, tax planning and tax preparation services to both individual and business clients.
We are looking for a permanent part-time skilled Bookkeeper/ Accountant to maintain financial records for clients. This position involves extensive client contact preparing sales tax returns, payroll tax returns, financial statements and special projects.
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct manner in the client’s ledgers
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Enter data, maintain records and financial statements
- File Sales tax returns
- Calculate/Pay payroll tax liabilities and file quarterly payroll forms
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- High level of skill in MS Office and computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong client relationship skills
- Problem solving ability
- Detail oriented
- Organizational skills
- BS degree in Accounting (Preferred)
- Salary $18-$25/ hr + Year End Bonus
